On August 19, 2015, CPCIF organized the ministerial appraisal meeting with the experts for Safe-run scientific and technological achievements “SRS-H intellectual single-stage semi-steel radial tire building machine (unmanned machine)” that developed and manufactured independently.

The appraising commission is composed of experts from industry association, research and design institute, colleges and universities and enterprises. They elected professor Lv-bo-yuan of Qingdao Science and Technology University as the chairman, Chief engineer Zhu-da-wei of Zhongce rubber group co., ltd. as the vice chairman.

At the meeting, the experts listened to technical reports, development and manufacturing report, economic and social benefit analysis report and search report etc., reviewed the relevant document and information.

After that, the experts visited the building machine production site, visited the installed intellectual single-stage semi-steel radial tire building machine and inquired technically on-site.

SRS-H intellectual single-stage semi-steel radial tire building machine realized auto and intellectual tire building process. The achievement has received an invention patent, seven utility model patents with independent intelligent property right. In application production, it performs stable, reliable and efficiency, field measured the cycle time 38seconds/tire which meets the design and highly commended by customers.

Questioned and discussed by the appraising commission, the final evaluation came out: SRS-H intellectual single-stage semi-steel radial tire building machine – the achievement has filled the domestic void, all agreed on getting through the science and technology achievement appraisal certificate.

Hu Qian-lin addressed at the meeting: Safe-run’s SRS-H intelligent Single-stage semi-steel radial tire building machine not only conform to the industrial policy but also meet the needs of industrial development, it offers a technological support to the industry transformation and upgrading.

The achievement appraisal is a favorable news to China and also international tire industry. Since then, China has become one of the suppliers of high-end tire machineries. The launch of SRS-H, to a great extent, may replace the imported high-end tire machineries which break the situation of high-end tire machineries oversea state monopoly for a long time
