SR-TPU has the qualities of a “two-stage process, uni-stage building” design：turn down and turn up of two-stage process, machine drum is covered in rolling steel rims, and can then be built again, avoiding much manual operation and green tire transfer, and improving tire uniformity and dynamic balance. Building high profile tires that Uni-stage process cannot accomplish. In comparison with the two-stage TBM, SR-TPU takes up less space, and when adjusting specifications requires less changing of tool parts, making it a more convenient and efficient manufacturing model.
